Folkestone - A Kent Seaside Town.

Looking round Folkestone as I often do, I never cease to wonder how successive local councils could have possibly allowed, what was once a beautiful and prosperous town, to slide into such a state of neglect!

There are obviously things happening to rectify this now - at last.
